Individual Research Poster Project (60 points)

Project Goals Every student taking CHE 102 is here for a reason. Usually, the major the students have chosen require CHE 102. Thus, the general goal of this project is to find out why chemistry is required for your major. You will use the internet to research how chemistry is closely tied to some aspect of your college major. If possible, the specific aspect you are interested in will be best.

Project Directions Instead of simply writing a report on your findings, you will instead make a poster that will be shown at the Chemistry wide student poster session. Attendance will not be required, but every 102 student is required to have a poster on display. Extra credit will be given to those that attend the poster session. You must have a minimum of "3" internet (URL) references listed at the end of the report. Other specifics for the poster will be provided by your instructor.
