ID BADGES Must have ID badges visible at all times. No bathroom privileges if you do NOT have your picture id.

CELL PHONE/ELECTRONIC DEVICES Out of respect for our learning environment, please silence your phone before you enter the class and place all electronic devices out of sight including all ear buds in your pocket or backpack. During lecture and class discussions, this is important to maintain necessary focus. When at tables for lectures or when working at computers student’s IPADs should be asleep and face down. At appropriate times, iPads/electronic devices will only be used in a limited capacity, when agreed upon by the instructor and for specific educational purposes as part of this class’ curriculum.

CLASSROOM ENTRY Be inside the classroom in assigned seat before the bell with computer logged in.  Have all materials for class prepared and ready to use. YOU HAVE 10 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: Turn in homework (as required) COMPLETE WARM-UP

TRANSITION Stop what you are doing Turn and face me  When I stand in front of the room with my hand up or ring a bell: Stop what you are doing Turn and face me Pay attention & eyes on me Be ready for instructions   

CLASSROOM EXIT Listen to closing instructions. Write down homework assignments and assignment/activity due dates. Pick up trash around your area (even if you did not put it there). SIT DOWN AND WAIT FOR THE TEACHER TO DISMISS YOU—NOT THE BELL. All work must have: First and Last name, Block Number, Date and if applicable all team members) Appropriate time to go to the restroom is during independent practice. If You Want My Attention...Raise Your Hand!!

ATTENDANCE/ TARDY POLICY A student may be absent a maximum of 10 days of excused absences per semester. Tardy policy is in accordance with the Student Rights & Responsibilities Handbook. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CONDUCT…I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CONSEQUENCES.
