Lists additional documents that specify details: Charter (done) Governance Procedures (get done today) Service & User AUP (done) Operational procedures (done) OSG Core Infrastructure (skip for now?) OSG market place (skip for now?)

Governance Procedures deal with: Formation of initial EB & Council Decision Making Becoming a Council Member Tg-s and tg-chairs Issues regarding joining and leaving the OSG market place. Non-voting liaisons

What are we missing? What is the function and nature of the advisory committee ? Should we worry about this at this point ? What’s the nature of the voting procedure ? Should we worry about this at this point ? What is the threshold for Council membership ? Should we worry about this at this point ? Do we need a Council Chair, or does the (I)EB chair convene and chair the council ? What else are we missing ?
