PSYCHOLOGICAL JOB INTERVIEW

A PSYCHOLOGICAL JOB INTERVIEW This interview is the last step in the process of staff selection (recruitment) In this interview a psychologist, who is a specialist professional in people’s personality evaluates your personality traits or characteristics and determines if you are the right employee for the position. The psychologist is usually a friendly and easygoing person who leads the employee to speak about his/her habits, prospects, attitudes, strengths (qualities) and weaknesses (flaws).

Some of the typical questions that a psychologist will ask you are: 1 Tell me something about yourself. (introduce yourself) 2 what are your strengths? (qualities) 3 what are your weaknesses? (flaws) 4 Where do you see yourself in five years? (future plan) And 5 Why should I hire you? Attitudes, interests and abilities.
