Building an information system for waterbodies and the related data Information system mainly designed for national needs At the same time trying to prepare for the WFD reporting in 2010 The system collects data about the waterbodies in Finland The system is used in 13 Regional Environmental Centres, SYKE and the Ministry of Environment, which share the same network The system is still under construction..
