Summary Schools in North Carolina are adopting school-wide PBS practices at an expanding rate. Schools are demonstrating that with support they can implement to criterion. Initial results demonstrate comparatively positive rates of Office Discipline Referrals, and reduced rates of Out of School Suspensions Challenges remain with respect to Collection and use of data for decision making… Elementary: Student to student interactions Middle School: Student Adult interactions High school: tardy/absence Disproportionality.
