Click “Course Requests Entry” Log into PARENT Aeries account 1. Click on Student Info 2. Then Course Requests Entry Log into Aeries account Click on Student Info Then Course Requests Entry Step 1 Step 2 Step 1: Click “Student Info” Step 2: Click “Course Requests Entry”

3. Choose “Show All Courses” 4. Click on Search 5. A new screen will appear showing all courses offered Start by clickig “Add New” A new screen will appear showing all the elective, PE, Math and English courses offered at CVMS. Step 3: Choose ‘Show All Courses’ Step 5: A new screen will appear showing all courses offered at CVMS Step 4: Click on “Search”

6. Select your courses by clicking on the course titles for *English *PE *1st Choice Elective Only (not alternates) As you select your courses, they will appear here

7. Make sure you select all of the classes you wish to take and check titles. Do NOT add alternates. Check Titles. To remove a course, the red “x” button will remove the request
