HA2020 Implementation Model OP CP KP HA2020 Legend CP = Coordinating Partner KP = Key Partners OP = Other Partners = HA2020 Teams OP KP OP Community of Practice KP KP OP OP KP KP OP Draft as of 11-10-15 Overview of Roles Coordinating Partners are established experts/champions who coordinate the LHI-specific work of key partners, in terms of helping to define and track measures of strategy progress and supporting alignment of efforts Key Partners are LHI-specific content experts whose agencies are implementing HA2020 strategies and who have agreed to help measure and track progress on strategies. This includes developing/new partners. Other Partners are other community-based or statewide coalition members, organizations, community members whose work touches on an LHI but may or may not align with HA2020 HA2020 Teams are the Core, Data, Advisory, and Steering Teams that support the implementation of HA2020 in various team-specific ways.
