Introduction Johnny Appleseed was an important person. He had a sad childhood where many sad things happened to him. Luckily he went on to do great things with apples.

Childhood He had a sad childhood. When he was two, his father left him with his mom. His mother died even though she was going to have another baby a few days later the baby died. He had no parents so he had to live with a lady and she had a bunch of kids. One day he got caught in a storm.

Apple Trees He had fun making apple trees. He made a lot of apple trees. He started to make apple orchards and sold some of his things to settlers. Other people wanted to make log cabins but wanted to have fun making apple trees. More settlers and even the frontier came so he sold some more of his things.

Conclusion Johnny Appleseed had an interesting life. He sold a lot of his things. He helped people get food. So that’s why we remember him.
