HOW TO MAKE A SHARED DOCUMENT MULTIPLE PEOPLE CAN EDIT AT SAME TIME
CHOOSE arrow in bottom right corner of start up screen
CHOOSE Google Drive symbol
CHOOSE Visit Google Drive on the web
In your My Drive Open your Honors Biology folder
You should see the Powerpoint Facebook organelle page that you saved
Choose NEW
Click on Google slides >
Click on Blank Presentation
Click on Untitled presentation
Change title to your first names organelle EX: Ashley Sarah mitochondria
Choose File
Choose Share
Type in your partner’s SCHOOL Email address Click on Done
Click on X to close this tab
Look in your Google Drive Honors Biology folder You should see 2 files now
HOW TO ADD THE FACEBOOK ORGANELLE PAGE SLIDES INTO THE SHARED GOOGLE SLIDES FILE
Open the Google Slides file you created.
Click on File
Click on Import slides
Click on Upload
Click on Select a file from your computer
Look in your Google Drive Honors Biology folder
Choose the original Powerpoint you saved.
Choose All
Choose Import slides
