What was the unemployment rate for people with a bachelor’s degree or higher? What was the unemployment rate for people with only a high school diploma? What level of educational attainment resulted in the highest median annual earnings? What percentage of the state’s residents over 25 lack associate’s or bachelor’s degrees? How does a worker’s educational attainment relate to his or her rate of unemployment and median earnings? How might these relationships affect a worker’s decision making and/or choices?

Registered nurses had the highest annual median wage in 2014 in 10 of the 12 metropolitan areas. Assume that you are mobile and trained as an R.N. Where do you want to live? What factors are you likely to consider when deciding where to live?
