Event Planning Our Student Union has over ten different styles of rooms to choose from. All of the rooms are carpeted and unique to the type of event you need to accommodate. The various sized rooms allow for a conference as small as twelve people to a lecture as large as five hundred people, including an auditorium that seats twenty four hundred people.

Grand Palm 250 banquet 500 Lecture Located on the first floor of the Student Union, the Grand Palm room is conveniently tucked away from the main foot traffic of the building and is available for a wide variety of events. House Chambers 1476 Square Feet 72 At tables Located in our conference center, the House of Chambers is the premier meeting space in the student union. The location provides excellent access to parking and because it is in the conference center provides great opportunity to reserve any of the smaller rooms for catering or break out group space. 1476 Square Feet 72 At tables

Sago Palm 670 Square feet 50 Lecture The Sago Palm room is located in the conference center and boasts one full wall of windows. The unique room layout can be used for many unique room setups. Silver Palm 325 Square feet 12 for conference The Silver Palm room is an intimate size board room. Located in the conference center, The silver Palm Room has a full window and close proximity to parking. 325 Square feet 12 for conference

Palmetto Palm 50 Classroom Located on the second floor of the Student Union, the Palmetto Palm room is the largest space on the second floor. It is normally configured in a classroom or seminar setting. However, the desks can be removed upon special request. 50 Classroom

Sugar Palm & Queen Palm 24 Classroom Located on the second floor of the Student Union, Sugar palm and Queen Palm rooms are conveniently tucked away from the main foot traffic of the building and are also typically configured in a classroom or seminar setting. However, can be available for a wide variety of events. 24 Classroom

Carole and Barry Kaye Auditorium The Carole and Barry Kaye Performing Arts Auditorium is a 2400 seat venue. The Auditorium has maintained a reputation as one of the most acoustically sound venues in south Florida. We are the south Palm Beach County home to a number of regionally acclaimed orchestras as well as a variety of other performances ranging from Broadway stars to nationally acclaimed comedians to internationally acclaimed concerts. 2400 Seats
