FY2017 HUD CoC Competition NOFA HUD announced that the HUD 2017 CoC Program Competition Registration will come out later this month or early March. The CoC Registration tells us HUD’s priorities for the upcoming competition. This will give us a better idea of the changes we need to make in our policies and procedures including: Update to performance measures Update written standards for providing CoC assistance ESG performance measures, rank and review policies, prioritization, etc. FY2017 HUD CoC Competition NOFA

Update to MSCHC Policies and Procedures Written Standards for Providing Assistance under the CoC and ESG Program Equal Access in Accordance With an Individual's Gender Identity Youth Services Update prioritization Update performance measures Update performance scorecard Rank and Review policies, prioritization, etc. Any other requirements outlined in the 2017 CoC NOFA Update to MSCHC Policies and Procedures
