Load Leveling Concept Current color coding policy uses Sunday as a "day" when computing the intended delivery day. This results in 2 days of receipt being scheduled for Monday delivery. Revised color coding policy will not include Sunday as a "day" when calculating the delivery day. This results in 2 days of receipt being scheduled for Wednesday delivery and moves one of the heaviest receipt days (Friday) to Tuesday delivery. ONLY applies to Standard mail processed at P&DC. No other mail is affected by the plan.
