អំណាច Power គឺជាសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការផលិតនូវ​ផលប៉ះពាល់លើអ្នកដទៃឬជា​សក្តានុពលដើម្បីមានឥទ្ធិពលលើអ្នកដទៃទៀតដែរ។​ The capacity to produce effects on others or the potential to influence others.

ប្រភពឬមូលដ្ឋាននៃអំណាច (Sources or Bases Of Power) អ្នកជំនាញ - អំណាចនៃចំណេះដឹង (Expert – the power of knowledge) សេចក្តីយោង - អំណាចដោយផ្អែកលើភាពខ្លាំងនៃការ​ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងអ្នក​ដឹកនាំ និងអ្នកក្រោមបង្គាប់ (Referent – power based on the strength of the relationship between the leader and the followers) ស្របច្បាប់ - សិទ្ធិអំណាចជាផ្លូវការ ឬមិនផ្លូវការ (Legitimate – formal or official authority)

ការលើកទឹកចិត្តដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រង (Motivations To Manage) (ត) ចង់ឱ្យដល់ប្រើឥទ្ធិពលនៅលើអ្នកក្រោមបង្គាប់(Wanting to exercise influence over subordinates) ជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកក្រោមបង្គាប់គឺមានភាពខុសគ្នា (Being visibly different from followers) ការធ្វើឲ្យ​មានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការធ្វើទម្រង់ភារកិច្ចដែលត្រូវគ្រប់គ្រង (Being willing to do routine administrative tasks)

Assessing Types Of Influence Tactics Rational Persuasion – use logical argument or factual evidence to influence others. Inspirational Appeal – make the request or proposal designed to arouse enthusiasm or emotions.

Assessing Types Of Influence Tactics Consultation – ask target to participate in planning an activity. Ingratiation – agent attempts to get you in a good mood before asking a request. Personal Appeal – ask another to do a favor.

Assessing Types Of Influence Tactics Exchange – influence a target through the exchange of favor. Coalition tactic – are difference from consultation in that they are used when agent seek the aid or support from others to influence target.

Assessing Types Of Influence Tactics Pressure Tactic – Threads or persistent reminder used to influence target. Legitimizing Tactic – agent make requests based on their position or authority.
