Eurostat has organised one task force in July 2003 and based on the discussions from this meeting, the idea is to develop a model survey consisting of the following modules: 0. Identification information related to the enterprise 1. Characteristics of the entrepreneur at the time of creation 2. Information related to the enterprise creation phase 3. Information related to the current status of the enterprise 4. Enterprise performance during the first years 5. Information related to future plans of the enterprise
