PALEOLITHIC PERIOD Material: They made them from stone, wood and bones. For example, the spears they made for hunting.

During the paleolithic period humans created some arms and tools with thin materials such as stone, ivory and bones.

They were thick, heavy, rought and difficult to handle.

Neolithic period Material: They made them from wood, stone, clay and bones.

In the mists of time primitive man began to make weapons to hunt the animals that served him as sustenance.

The stick and the stone were the first weapons that were used, when our predecessor was not a man yet.

Metal ages The age of iron and bronze is the period in which the use of iron as a material to make weapons and tools is discovered and popularized.
