Listen360 Testimonials Online Problem: L360 testimonials come into iAPPS everyday. In order to publish them to the store websites, they have to be read by an iAPPS admin. This proved time consuming since each Testimonial had to be selected prior to being read. Solution: Admins can now view, read and post from one dashboard.

Once you log into Listen360, click the “Settings” tab. Log Into iAPPS Once you log into Listen360, click the “Settings” tab.

Navigate to “Dashboard” View Once logged into iAPPS, navigate to “Dashboard”

Go to the Testimonials Tab Once on the Dashboard, click on the Testimonials Tab

Comment Row There is now a “Comment” row that provides admins the ability to read the testimonial without opening it

Accessing a Testimonial Click on a testimonial. Once a Testimonial is clicked, it will turn yellow and 4 buttons will appear: View, Edit, Publish, Archive

Publishing a Testimonial Now that the testimonials are viewable from one source, admins can simply click a testimonial and then select the “Publish” button one after the other.

The Testimonials Immediately Go Live All of the published testimonials appear on the local store website:
