Thoroughly review Drug Setup handout Organize all of your drugs to your specifications of categories and Subcategories. Review and correct all Dosage, pharmacy instructions and patient instructions

Create Flowsheet Layouts 2 Create Flowsheet Layouts

Before you begin, open Excel and design your flowsheet layout in terms of columns and rows, where: Rows will represent days of the treatment and Columns will have drugs and lab work associated in those days. The example below shows an Antagonist flowsheet layout. As you will see we are designing these columns as certain events happen
