The purpose of per capita is to bring people together to discern the mind of Christ

Basic to our understanding of discerning the mind of Christ is that we do this with others not by ourselves

Bring people together in assemblies, pastor nominating committees, women and men discerning a call to ministry, In dialogue and mission with ecumenical partners, In solidarity with those seeking justice, And in conversations with our over 300 years of stories of faithfulness
