ACAP PROGRAM MISSION: To deliver a world class Transition Program for America’s Army that empowers members to make informed career decisions through benefits counseling and employment assistance. Our vision is to ensure all transitioning members of America’s army are provided the knowledge, skills and self confidence to be competitive in the global work force. Established in 1990.
