Headers Class sections and small groups must have headers. (Pages 19-20) Class sections and small groups must have headers. The header information dictates the scoring. Do not combine English and Spanish answer sheets under one header. Use only one header for each class section.

Answer Sheets (Pages 25-27) Pass out the correct answer sheets to the correct students. Use only No. 2 pencils. Check that students bubble their answers on the answer sheets! Make the students erase stray marks or drawings. Return answer sheets for absent students. Use the correct answer sheet for the grade tested.
