It is based on a principle that the units are similar to shipping containers.

The container sizes are defined in ISO Standards: 2.4 m wide 2.6 m high 6 or 12 m long

Container Becomes House… The pipes for ventilation, sewage, water and heating/cooling and the wiring for power and data all come together. Overall internal insulation (heat / cold, noise, fire resistance). Sustainable use of materials.

Container Becomes House… Large windows for sufficient daylight and view. single unit (2,4 m wide) or a combination of 2 units (4,8 m wide). They costs between per m 2
