Arrival We’ll meet our Tour Director or EF staff at baggage claim. From here we'll start tour immediately, so be sure to pack everything you'll need for the day in your personal item. We'll check in to our hotel at the end of the day.

Tour Director Our dedicated Tour Director will be with us to handle logistics and help bring our destination to life. They’ll be there to support us every day of tour, even staying with us at our hotel overnight. All Tour Directors are trained to handle any emergencies that could arise on tour. They have 24-hour access to local EF offices, as well as EF’s worldwide and North American headquarters.

Meals You'll either be given cash or a voucher for dinner on your own or a sit down meal will be provided. Remember to check your itinerary for reference. If you haven’t already, please inform me of any food allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible.  Breakfast will be at our hotel each morning. Since lunch will be on-the-go, our Tour Director will provide suggestions for local places to eat.
