AzEDS support process Triage Tier I Tier II Tier III School Finance Triage Matrix Program Areas Vendor SIS/SSIS * AzEDS Edupoint SSIS tickets will flow through Tier I to Tier II ; this is NEW ** The Edupoint tickets will not go through CRC rather they flow through developers who open tickets
Scope – AzEDS Phased Approach Feature: AzEDS API & Integrity – Program Codes Short Term - Enable LEAs to submit program data that is not yet approved (e.g. Title I) Rollover ALL program codes the LEA was associated to in FY16 (complete as of August 16) Add Integrity Rules to validate the program data submitted by an LEA is approved, valid submission of program data (in progress; once complete, data will pass Integrity to be used by downstream applications) Future State Enable LEAs to submit to any program available within the State (no dependency on rollover) Extended Integrity Rules to cover all program approval/validity checks
