Resources in Welsh Meat and Education has a number of resources that have been translated into the medium of Welsh, including: Provenance worksheet Eatwell Guide worksheet Beef, lamb and pork recipes including Pork yuk sung which is a delicious quick dish using pork mince The art of food styling and presentation PPT Worksheets on food functions, red meat cuts, preparation and storage.

BNF: what’s new – Kahoot Open the link below on the main screen and get students to log onto kahoot.it on their tablets or smartphones. They can then enter the code (that will come up on the main screen when you start the game) and their own nickname. They can then play along with the quiz choosing the multiple choice answers that correspond with the questions on the main screen. There will then be a leaderboard of the scores after each question and at the end. http://bit.ly/2DK3kHC

BNF: what’s coming up 11-15 June 2018 BNF Healthy Eating Week is open to all UK nurseries, schools, universities and organisations wishing to take part. Last year, there were nearly 10,000 registrations from the education sector (reaching over 4.2 million young people) and nearly 500 registrations from workplaces and universities.   Registration is FREE and helps to demonstrate your commitment to promoting health and wellbeing. The Week also celebrates cooking, food provenance and physical activity.
