Infrastructure sharing – RRT role Dispute resolutions - between cable TV operators and incumbent operator : in 2002 first dispute on fees for the use of telecommunications equipment; an incumbent operator refused to conclude a contract with a provider of public communications networks. Imposition of the obligations after market analysis: Wholesale (physical) network infrastructure access (including shared or fully unbundled access) at a fixed location (market 4) 2018.11.22
