AP House Rules Grades… Tests (2) – Practice AP exam (2 parts), Spring project Quizzes (3-4) – Chapter packets, possibly a pop quiz Packets will be reviewed for both accuracy and completion. If the question requires multiple steps and showing work, do so… Note: Packets will be accepted 1-day late, for a 20 point deduction. After that, the packet will not be accepted and a 0 will be given Homework (6) – 3 packet checkpoint grades, 3 AP prep weekly participation grades

AP House Rules Chapter Packets… A CLASS SET will be provided… Please do not write on these A PDF version will be posted on the Teacher Web. Use this and/or print out a version for yourself… Write down your answers on a separate sheet of paper! (except for pure multiple choice questions not needing work shown) Although you may work in groups in class, it is expected that everyone will do their own work. Copying will not be tolerated.

AP House Rules Spring Project… Similar to the Fall project… Incorporating what weve learned in the Spring (i.e., inference tests) Compare and analyze 2 quantitative variables You get to choose the topic variables (pending approval) Will be assigned Fri 5/3 (before AP exams), with due date Thur 5/23 Early turn-in on Tue 5/21, worth 5 points

AP House Rules AP Preparation in general… Buy a prep book… whichever one speaks to you! Do something EVERY week (day)… If taking many AP exams, divide your time amongst the topics… alternate, for variety Do at least 2 FULL AP practice exams (in their entirety, and in 1 sitting), in addition to problems and practice exams we do in class More on prepping in a few weeks…
