Step by step: completing PMP at Year-End Year-End Review Employee Leader Form must be at “Year-End Review” step to initiate the process Start year-end process in Career Zone Select Performance on the Home menu, Validate that Performance forms are at Year-End Step. Open each employee’s form and click on “Send to [employee’s name]” The employee will now have access to the Year-End form to enter his objectives outcomes and self-assess his leadership competencies. Review objective progress and enter achievements Select Performance from the Home menu, Open your Performance Review form Click the “Objective Results” section link from the left menu. For each objective, use the “Status” drop-down menu to update your progress. Document your achievements in “Outcomes” for each objective. Click on “Save” to update the review. When you receive the completed form from your employee: In the Performance form, click the “Objective Results” section link from the left menu. For each objective, use the “drop-down menus to choose the appropriate rating taking into account the employee’s outcomes. Enter comments to summarized your employee’s achievements of business objectives to support your ratings. Assess leadership competencies Click the “Success Profile” section link from the left menu. Use the drop-down menus to choose your “Employee Rating” for each competency listed. Use the “Section Comments” to add your comments and specific examples on demonstrated behaviors that support your conclusions. When your assessment is completed, click “Send to [leader’s name] to send your form to your leader. Review the “Employee Rating” for each competency listed. Use the “Manager Rating” drop-down menus to choose your employee for each competency listed. Use the “Section Comments” to add your comments based on your employee’s demonstration of the Success Profile to support your ratings. 1 2 4 3 5

Step by Step: completing PMP at Year-End Year-End Review Employee Leader One on one meeting to review Year-End results Before or after the meeting with the employee Click on save to ensure all individual ratings in the Objectives Results and in the Success Profile sections are transferred down in the Summary section. Click the “Summary” section link for the left menu. Use the drop-down menus to select the appropriate “Results rating” and “Leadership rating.” Based on these 2 ratings, select the appropriate “Overall Performance rating”. Provide “Overall Comments” to support your ratings When completed click on “Send to Calibration” to send the form to Calibration step. Note: Ratings won’t be visible to employee until Signature step After calibration sessions are finalized Finalize Year-End after calibration session Finalize Year-End Review Step Ensure that individual ratings align with Overall calibrated ratings. Update “Overall Comments” in the summary section to support new ratings if required Click “Save and close” Meet your employee to confirm final Year-End ratings After the meeting, click “Send to Signature” to move the form to “Signature” step where the ratings and comments will be disclose to the employee Employee and leader signature Input final comments. Sign his assessment by clicking on “Send to [leader’s name] signature”. Input final comments Sign the assessment and completed by clicking on “Send to Completed” folder”. Year-End Process completed 6 7 8 9
