Do I have coverage for a Zombie Apocalypse?

Topics for today: Property vs Liability Coverage Isn’t more better? What covers what??? Isn’t more better? Problems with having two Liability policies at the same time (local agent and master ISU Ext. policies) We trust handshakes. should we even have a contract?

Property vs Liability Coverage What covers what???

What covers what??? A community member comes to the office to sign up for a program. They slip on a wet are of the floor that you just mopped and break an arm in the fall.

What if the fire was your fault and it also damaged the building? What covers what??? A fire breaks out in your office and destroys all your office furniture and “stuff”. What if the fire was your fault and it also damaged the building?

What covers what??? You’re county has a booth at the fair where you sell homemade pies. Someone gets sick….

Isn’t more better??? Umm…no!

Trying to figure out “who” will cover “what” can be time consuming, but having two policies is also a waste of a very precious resource…

We trust handshakes… Who needs a contract?

If the wheels fall off the bus… If the wheels fall off the bus….can you prove your handshake ever existed?

Contracts take the question away of who is responsible for what… Contracts are enforceable… Contracts allow you to quit….

Thank you for listening…. Any Questions? For Additional Help Call: Brian Hughes 515-778-1010 Dana Firkins 515-237-0167
