Review for Civil War Exam Jeopardy! Review for Civil War Exam
Rules for teams: Poor sportsmanship will result in loss of points. (shouting out answers, getting upset at other students, etc.) The class will be divided into teams. Each team will have one person play at a time. Only the person whose turn it is may answer.
Rules for answering questions: After the question is read, the player is allowed 5 seconds to respond before losing points and allowing the next team to answer. If a player answers the question without viewing the choices, the risk is doubled. For example, if it is $200 question and it is answered correctly it is worth $400. If it is missed, the team loses $400 If a team fails to answer a question correctly, they will lose the points and the other team may steal the question. The last team to correctly answer a question will select the next category and question.
Rules for Daily Double : If a team selects the daily double question that team will be the only team allowed to answer the question for extra points. The maximum points a team can wager is the amount they already have or 500 points if they have fewer than 500 points. If an incorrect answer is given, the other team may try to steal, but only for the original amount of the chosen question.
