Are these equations balanced?

Remember: A balanced equation has the same number of atoms of each element on both sides. Ex. If you start a reaction with 2 Hydrogen atoms, you need to end the reaction with 2 Hydrogen atoms.

Coefficients If a coefficient is in front of a molecule (Ex. 2 H2O), then every subscript in that molecule gets multiplied by that coefficient.

1. Is this equation balanced? H2 + O2  H2O Hint: Count how many Hydrogens you have on the left. Does it match how many you have on the right? Now do the same for Oxygens. Are there equal numbers of atoms on the left and right?
