PlatinumTime Survey Each client setup will need to go through a configuration survey. Each client will need to go through a configuration survey. The survey contains information on the clients O/T rules, lunch rules, payperiods and holiday rules. The survey can be found on the support site in a folder named PlatinumTime or you can email support for a copy.

Email us the survey Email survey to support@execupay.com Subject line PlatinumTime Attach the survey which will contain all data needed for setup: Client Name & Address within Execupay Company number Hardware Shipping Employee Types Overtime Rules Lunch Rules Turnaround time is 2 business days if all information is competed and received . Once the survey is completed you will email it to support@Execupay.com with PlatinumTime in the subject line. The information will contain client data. Which will be the clients name and address within Execupay, company number, hardware shipping information, over time rules and lunch rules. Turnaround time will be 2 business days if all information is completed and received timely.

SSO Web clock setup Should you choose to offer your client ESS for their punch method, setup will be the same as with the full version of AoD integration: Custom fields setupy.com Should you choose to offer your client ESS for their punch in and out method then the setup will be the same as the full version of AoD integration. You will need to add the custom fields.

SSO Web clock setup Employee will log in through the Execupay ESS portal to clock in and out. If you will be using the web clock the employee can log in through the Execupay ESS portal to clock in and out.
