Welcome to Physical Education We love sports, we love our body and we love to have our body on a perfect fit. In Physical Education we learn to take care of that complex machine, our body.
THE WARM UP Before we start with the exercise is very important warm up properly our joints and stretch the muscles.

OUR FITNESS DRILLS We have a lot of drills for keep our fitness, but every kid in our school know perfectly the following exercises:
Jumping Jacks
Burpees
Cartwheels
Front Rolls
Back Rolls
Stretch our muscles For Relax and keep safe our muscles we make a lot of different stretches,
Cat and Camel (further explanation)
Cobra stretch
Downward dog stretch
Butterfly Stretchs
Splits
And finally don´t forget to keep low at the pyrimid ;)
