What is an Invasion Game? An invasion game is a game that consists on 2 teams. There is 1 object (usually a ball) that the teams compete to get possession of. The aim of the game is to maintain possession of the ball by passing it and eventually putting the ball into a goal or past an end line to score. To win the game you need to score more points that the opposition.

What sports are classified as invasion games?

What body part is most important? What body part is most important for a soccer player? What body part is most important for a basketball player? Skill is important but the best players are those that can think about a game and make good decisions during a game.

What do we want our students to learn?
