Refugees are people who have left their country to try to find a new, safe place to live.

Lots of people have come from Syria to live in safe parts of Iraq.

Navene (aged eight) and Johan (aged seven) are now living in Iraq.

The family have been going to a singing group funded by Christian Aid.
