God is Making All Things New! Revelation 21:1-8 God is Making All Things New! Former things will pass away Embrace new things! Embrace our eternal inheritance!!!

I. God is making all things new by making the former things pass away The old creation will pass away (Verses 1a, 2) The power and presence of sin and death will pass away (Verses 1b, 4b) Broken relationship between God and mankind will pass away (Verses 3-4a)

II. God invites us to embrace His offer of all things new as our inheritance Because God’s offer is “trustworthy and true” (Verses 5-6a) Because God’s offer is free to those who embrace it by faith (Verses 6b-7) Because God’s judgment is inevitable for those who reject His offer (Verse 8)
