Get Out of the Boat! You and your group members are stranded in the middle of the ocean on a small life boat. Due to the weight on the boat, water is rushing in, causing the boat to sink. The boat is only strong enough to carry four group members to safety. You and your group members must apply the basic problem solving procedure to determine which four group members will remain on the boat. The other group members will be forced out of the boat, into shark infested waters, with a 5% chance of survival.

Evaluating Small-Group Performance Using time efficiently? Does everyone participate? Are some people dominating? Are people listening to others? Is each person bringing adequate information and research?
