Learner [Section] I have never been afraid of hard work, a fact reflected in my good grades and membership in National Honor Society. As I choose a college, then, I know I will be able to succeed in a challenging environment. Michigan State University’s pre- medical major will be a good fit for me because it, “…is a challenging course load designed to prepare tomorrow’s leading medical professionals” (Smith, 2012). The program includes many high-level math and science courses (Smith, 2012); I will need to consistently give 100% to learn the material, but I look forward to the end results.
