Lessons Learned Not having enough people ready for the training Earn Grant with DSP I, II, III Changing from Caregiving role to empower It takes a lot of time for mentoring or implementation Challenge to get staff in for training 3 days when workforce schedule is already tight Time it takes the first time out, Staff Turnover cycle Turnover data for people who have gone through training We need to share the data and lessons learned
