Pranic Healing Major and Minor Chakras

Pranic Healing Pranic Healing is the transfer of subtle energy from one person to another. Pranic Healing deals with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual disorders without the use of touch or drugs. Pranic Healing uses the auric and chakral energies both for diagnosis and for healing.

Chart 1 – Releases Tension in Back of Head (Diagonal) Client is Prone (Zone Therapy, Foot Reflexology & Pranic Healing). Client lies on stomach with face turned away from therapist, toward the side being balanced or face down in the face hole. Grasp client's proximal thumb with fingertips of one hand, while placing finger tips of other hand about one inch behind center of exposed ear. Move to other side and repeat Z-5 1 2 3 5 4 Z-1 When both sides have been balance, the back of the client’s head will be more relaxed. Tension in the area of the mastoid bone can cause sinus and migraine headaches. Chart 1 – Releases Tension in Back of Head (Diagonal)

Chart 2 – Energizes pelvic area and releases hip tension (cross body) Client is Prone (Zone therapy, foot reflexology, Pranic healing, and Meridian Pts. Place fingertips on one hand on the ischium of the distal hip, and fingertips of other hand on the distal superior iliac spinal process. Move to other side and repeat. 1 2 3 5 4 BL-52-53 Zone 3 BL-36 Zone 3 When finished, tension within the pelvic girdle will have been released. Tension in this area can slow circulation of everything within the pelvis, including the ovaries or prostate. This technique can be used for the relief of menstrual cramps. Chart 2 – Energizes pelvic area and releases hip tension (cross body)

Chart 3 – Relaxes areas A, B, c, d, e, f, and G (cross body) Client is Prone (Zone Therapy& Pranic Healing). Client lies on stomach with face turned away from therapist, toward the side being balanced or face down in the face hole. Place fingertips of one hand in center of client’s hip (A), holding them there through six positions. The fingertips of the other hand are placed on the following motor nerve areas. Zone -1 1 2 3 5 4 G G Zone 3 F E F E D D C C B A B A Kidneys and adrenals (B) Liver pancreas (C) Solar plexus (D) Lungs and heart (E) Trapezius and arms (F) Head and brain (G) Chart 3 – Relaxes areas A, B, c, d, e, f, and G (cross body)

Chart 4 – Balances Hips and evens length of legs (cross body) Client is Prone (Zone Therapy& Pranic Healing, Meridian Pts.). Place fingertips on one hand in center of client’s hip, and fingers of other hand about one inch behind center of exposed ear. While holding this position, have client raise the leg being corrected as high as possible without bending the knee; then lower the leg. Repeat three times. Move to other side and repeat. GB – 11 Zone -1 1 2 3 5 4 BL -54 Zone 3 When both sides have been done, the clients body will be more relaxed in the hips, lower back, and legs. Client can do this unassisted by placing right fingertips on right hip and left fingertips behind right ear to correct right side. Reverse procedure for left side. Chart 4 – Balances Hips and evens length of legs (cross body)

Chart 5 – relaxes muscles and nerves along the spine (cross body) Client is Prone (Foot Reflexology, Zone therapy) Place fingertips of on hand at the base of the coccyx, being sure that the middle (fire) finger is in contact with the coccyx. The fingertips and thumb of the other hand, held in a straight line next to the spine move the width of the hand from thumb to little finger up to the first dorsal vertebra (L5 – T1). Move to other side and repeat. Zone 1 Zone 1 After both sides have been done, the client will find that his spine is more flexible and moves more freely. Relaxation of these muscles along the spine prevents pressure on the spinal nerves enabling them to function more efficiently. Chart 5 – relaxes muscles and nerves along the spine (cross body)

Chart 6 – relaxes tension in hips and shoulder (cross body) Client is Prone (Zone therapy, Pranic Healing, Meridian Pts.) Place fingertips of thumb on one had in a straight line along side of sacrum with fingertips and thumb of the other hand in a straight line along edge of scapula. Move to other side and repeat. 1 2 3 5 4 SI- 9-10-11 Zone 3-4-5 BL-31to 34 Zone 3-4-5 When finished, stiffness in the scapula and coccyx will be relieved. Chart 6 – relaxes tension in hips and shoulder (cross body)

Chart 7 – Stimulates circulation in legs and from head to toe. Client is Prone (Foot Reflexology, Pranic Healing) Place palms of hands over backs of client’s knees, right hand over right knee and left hand over left knee. When completed, circulation to legs will be restored and the legs will be warm. Minor Chakra Knee When finished, stiffness in the scapula and coccyx will be relieved. Chart 7 – Stimulates circulation in legs and from head to toe.

Place Hands Client is Prone (Foot Reflexology, Pranic Healing) Place fingertips of both hands simultaneously behind and below medial malleoli, (right hand to the right foot and left hand to left foot) with palms covering heels. Raise client’s malleoli straight up to bend the knees. Lift so the knees are about on inch off the table and then drop gently. Place Hands Both of these techniques relax tensions in the coccyx area, prostate, ovaries. For women, it will help the uterus fall into place. Chart 8 – Releases muscle tension in coccyx area and ankle area controlling ovaries and prostate (from feet)

Chart 9a – Balances and energizes spiral energy patterns x o Client is Prone (Pranic Healing & energy balancing) Staring above the malleolus, place fingertips on the left X point and right X point and alternate left-right diagonal to the tops of shoulders. Repeat opposite diagonal points right-left designated as O’s. Chart 9a – Balances and energizes spiral energy patterns

Chart 9b – Balances and energizes spiral energy patterns Client is Prone (Pranic Healing & energy balancing) Starting on the Sacrum, place fingertips on the left X point and right X point and alternate left-right diagonal to the tops of shoulders.
