Courses show up under My HuskyCT classes sorted by role and grouped by term. Students’ access to the course is limited by start and end dates. Instructors choose all or some of their courses to be created in HuskyCT. Some programs ask for all their courses to be added at once. School of Business program users see their own portal instead of this page. My HuskyCT page

Integrations with other tools and services Course creation and enrollment integrated with Poeplesoft (1-3 times per day) User data comes from the LDAP server (not Peoplesoft) (once a day) Kaltura (Media server) Collaborate (Web Conferencing tool) Blackboard Instant Messaging (BbIM) Respondus LockDown Browser Respondus 4.0* iClicker Barnes and Noble (bookstore) Publishers (McGraw-Hill, Cengage, Wiley, Pearson) Mobil apps (student, Instructor, Bb Grader) * Respondus 4.0 is a local client for importing and exporting test questions to/from HuskyCT. it is not an integration. I added it to highlight that there are two Respondus tools with completely different functions. Integrations with other tools and services

What We do in ITS-HuskyCT team Help with adding courses or resolving enrollment issues. Restore the content from previous semesters. Combine cross-listed courses or multiple sections of the same course. Troubleshoot the technical issues. Communicate with Vendors. Install new third party tools in test and, if passed, in production. Assign templates to certain courses (FYE, EMBA, PMBA, FMBA). Take escalations from Bb Student Services (24/7 Tier 1 Bb support). What We do in ITS-HuskyCT team
