Transformational Change – GCC Data Analytics Team A successful example of using data analytics was the recent School Clothing Grant Project which significantly changed the practise and process from Application Form based to Eligibility Criteria to deliver some of the following outcomes: Reducing Poverty Eradicate Stigma Social Inclusion Early Intervention The above was achieved by involving many different partner organisations including CBS, Financial Services, NHS to undertake data matching exercises from various different data sources to provide meaningful information which transformed this process to a more efficient and LEAN process.
