Regional Projects Report 5-Year Integrated Plan Projects Status July 2018

Revenue Allocation (40% of Measure X) Mobility for all 13% Local Road Repairs and Safety 60% The cities and the county receive 60 % of the Measure X funding. TAMC has adopted a 5-year funding plan for local agency Capital Improvements and Maintenance of Effort.

Tax Repeal = Less Matching Funds Proposition 6 Tax Repeal = Less Matching Funds Taxpayers need to know that now that Measure X revenues are coming in, the construction work is happening. And the money is being spent on transportation improvements in their backyards. SB 1 funds are also starting to come in. $5 million to local cities and the county in 2017 is forecasted to grow to $30 million annually when fully implemented. Proposition 69 on the June 2018 ballot, if approved, will prevent the State Legislature from diverting any new transportation revenues for non-transportation improvement purposes, thereby providing greater certainty and accountability for these revenues. Measure X + SB1 are critical to bringing our streets and roads back to a state of good repair.
