Presentation transcript:

hey, do you see what it is?? okay, let's see it one more time. yes, it's meteor.

The visible path of a meteoroid that enters Earth's atmosphere is called a meteor. If a meteor reaches the ground and survives impact, then it is called a meteorite. Many meteors appearing seconds or minutes apart are called a meteor shower. A meteor is also commonly called a shooting star and falling star.

meteor shower is a number of meteors are observed to radiate from one point in the night sky. These meteors are caused by streams of trash from the outer space which is called meteoroids, they enter Earth's atmosphere at extremely high speeds on parallel tracks. Most meteors are smaller than a sand, so almost all of them disintegrate ( separate) and never hit the Earth's surface. ((Fragments that do survive impact with Earth's surface are called meteorites.))

Meteor showers occur several times a year and produce a night sky that seems to light up with tiny sparks. The Leonid shower, for example, occurs each year in November. And there was one occurred a couple of days ago on November 17th meteor shower is a number of meteors are observed to radiate from one point in the night sky. These meteors are caused by streams of trash from the outer space which is called meteoroids, they enter Earth's atmosphere at extremely high speeds on parallel tracks. now, let's watch the meteor shower together.
