The home page of the training portal: Access to 28 different libraries and 2,000+ videos SECURITY NOTES: The first time a user lands on the portal they will be asked to ‘trust the app’. This is Microsoft, NOT us If the user does ‘trust the app’, they will never be prompted again. If they don’t ‘trust the app’ they will not be able to browse the videos. The ‘trust’ concept is so that Office 365 Authentication can be used to log the user into the training portal (in line with Microsoft standard practices). The trust level allows the app to retrieve the user name, but nothing else.

Each library is organized into Learning Paths (these are Skype’s)

Each learning path contains a number of videos

Each video is high quality with lots of additional features

Additional End User Features SECURITY NOTES: For the ‘Learning Profile’ and ‘Learning History’ features, the user’s logged in name (via Office 365 Authentication) is stored in our secure SQL Azure Database. Along with the user name, the videos they watch and the date/time they watch them is stored. That same data is used to build the analysis reports which each customer has access to No other PII is accessed, retrieved, or stored.
