Balancing Crude Inventory Michele Dugger Team Lead

Purpose Monitor Inventory to ensure all purchases and sales have been accounted for Accommodate for Daily or Monthly Tickets Accommodate for Back Dated Tickets

Monitor Inventory Enter Run Ticket - pick up from property (Load) drop off at station (Offload) Enter Run Ticket - oil picked up or shipped from station (Load) and sold (Offload) Enter Daily Gauge - Gauge tanks at the beginning of the day and enter readings

Monitor Inventory Step 1: Station Oil is Delivered to Property Oil is Picked up From

Monitor Inventory Step 2: Station Oil is Sold to Oil is Picked up from Station

Gauge and record Oil in each Tank/Meter Enter Gauges Daily Gauge and record Oil in each Tank/Meter
