Fundraiser Policy The Fundraiser Program is designed for Non-Profit Organizations to sell to individual friends and families. Absolutely NO Sales to Coca-Cola Dealers (Convenience Stores/Grocery Stores/Drug Stores, etc.) Delivery times: All deliveries will be confirmed prior to delivery day. Deliveries will be Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm. Payment: On day of delivery to driver. Payment to Savannah Coca-Cola in form of check, personal check (no starter or temporary) or money order. School checks accepted. Please remember to count all the cases with the delivery driver. You will sign an invoice at delivery confirming all the product you received. In the event that you need to swap product or have additional orders, please contact your Coca-Cola Sales Representative and make sure you do so within 5 days after delivery. Orders after 5-days of original sale will be considered a separate fundraiser and must be a minimum of 20 cases. *50 case minimum purchase. *All plastic crates must be returned to Coca-Cola.
