DC Lobbying Day Monday March 14th – Pre-Dinner March 13th Status: ~24 Volunteers so far (see next slide) Nominal Deadline for Sending List to Bose Public Affairs is Monday, but I think we can continue to get a few more key states covered If you haven’t signed up yet but were planning to, please do so ASAP. Informational Email (Hotel Block,etc.) Sent to ~18 First Sign-Up-ees, 2nd round will be sent today Online Training Session Date Yet to Be Set—will send that out early this week RHIC Fact Sheet needs updated: Discuss plan for this Van and/or Transportation from BNL – several people interested. How has this been done? What Else? Note: HEP Community 2-day Annual Lobbying Event 3/15-16 (next day) Implications? (Lobbyists notified) find their hand-out materials in same area as these slides
