Development 1. Unloading Luggage a. Doorman - Welcoming & greeting guest - Opening and closing the door b. Bell Boy - Unloading Luggage (from car) - Placing Luggage (a safe place at main entrance and ask guest to check it)

Entry into lobby - Bell Boy take the guest to Reception desk (ask the guest to see Receptionist to register) - Placing Luggage (placed near the guest to avoid accidently trip over) - Waiting while the guest register (stand at station / post but depend on hotel policy) - Receiving stamped BBEC - Receiving Guest Card and key
